What You’ll Do:

• Consult with customers to assess vehicle needs and recommend services
• Communicate service specials and options clearly
• Translate customer concerns into actionable technician notes
• Document declined services and future recommendations
• Maintain high CSI scores through proactive communication
• Build lasting relationships with customers through trust and transparency
• Promote a safe and healthy work environment

What You’ll Bring: 

• Prior experience as an Automotive Service Advisor (Toyota experience a plus)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Problem-solving and active listening abilities
• Familiarity with Reynolds & Reynolds (preferred)
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a team setting
