is HIRING NOW for a motivated Assistant Service Manager who can help provide assistance and leadership to the entire team, as well as someone who’s aspiring to grow into a large role in the service organization.   

 

We have an outstanding team and one of the largest Fixed Operations department in the region with both a robust client base and a thriving Used Car operation. You will play a prominent role in helping to ensure shop operations are efficient and profitable, that work is being dispatched appropriately, and ultimately that the work is being performed properly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support daily operations of the service department alongside the Service Manager
  • Assist with service advisor workflow, repair order management, and customer follow-through
  • Help ensure efficient dispatching of repair orders to maximize technician productivity
  • Monitor service lane activity to maintain smooth operations and minimal bottlenecks
  • Assist in coaching and supporting Service Advisors to improve performance and CSI
  • Communicate effectively with technicians, advisors, parts, and management
  • Help resolve customer concerns professionally to maintain high CSI scores
  • Review repair orders for accuracy, documentation, and compliance
  • Assist with warranty processes, approvals, and manufacturer guidelines
  • Support scheduling, workload balancing, and daily shop organization
  • Maintain service department standards for cleanliness, safety, and professionalism
  • Other duties may be assigned

 


What We’re Looking For:

 

  • Service Advisor and/or Assistant Service Manager in a franchised dealership
  • CDK experience is a plus!
  • A strong understanding of automotive technology and the automotive industry
  • Great customer service and communication skills
  • MUST be a great team player, the success of the team is paramount!
  • Strong organizational, decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Works well in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional appearance and a positive attitude
  • Good work ethic and computer skills
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record
